Payment

- Except for buyers in Taiwan, I only accept PayPal to payment.

- Please be advised that my PayPal accept New Taiwan Dollar only, I am unable to tell the exact conversion rate of every currencies. All conversion rates will depend on what PayPal shows you at the time of transaction.
 

- Please note that you will not be able to cancel the order once you place it. If you place a wrong order, please contact me before the shipment or else there will be no refund. (Please see below information about refund and difference) I will only refund the difference if the price of the wrong order is lower than the correct order, on the other hand, the buyer will have to pay the difference if it's higher.

Shipping

✦台灣地區的運輸✦
- 消費金額超過NTD3500元以上,即享有免運的優惠,僅限郵局一般掛號寄出。(此優惠限台灣本島)

​- 任何免運只限用郵局一般掛號寄出,如需改用其他運輸方式,則需額外添加相對應的運費。

- 價值超過NTD5000元以上的包裹,將無法透過711/全家超商寄出,​僅能使用郵局掛號寄出。

- 我只會為價值超過NTD10000元以上的包裹進行加保,買家僅須負擔運費,不需要支付任何加保費用。


✦International Shipping✦
- Shipped from Taiwan.

- I ship use postal air mail package by Chunghwa Post,both have tracking codes.

- I am not responsible for the buyer's tariff, the buyer must bear the tariff.

- I will only add insurance for packages value more than NTD10,000. The buyer only needs to pay for the shipping fee and does not need to pay any additional insurance fees.

Package loss or damages 

Package Loss
- You live in Taiwan, the package usually arrives within 2-3 days, and the international package usually arrives within a month.If you think the package may be lost, please contact me.

- If the package was lost in shipping (it must be confirmed by the post office that the package has been lost), I could make a new replacement for you or
refund.

 

- I am not responsible for the loss caused by the wrong address provided by the buyer, please confirm that your address is correct before placing an order.

- If your package is stolen by porch pirates or any other means. I will not send any replacement or refund, the buyer must bear the loss.

Package Damages

- If your plushie arrives damaged in shipping, I could offer free repair , make a new replacement or refund, but you must provide the unpacking video and HD photos of the damage (both required) on the day of sign. It has been proven plsuhie that the damage was caused by shipping and not by the buyer himself.
 

- NOTE:I will send a new replacement or refund  only if the package was lost or the plushie not be able to repair due to shipping serious damage.

- If you cannot provide any evidence of damage due to shipping, I will not be able to offer any free repairs, make a new replacements or refund. Please note that I only accept this request on the day of sign, Please check your plushie for damage on the day the package is received.

- I do not refund, make a new replacements or free repair for any buyer self-inflicted damage.

 

- If plushies are not returned to me, unfortunately no free repairs,new replacement or refund will be offered. Do NOT throw away the damaged item or packaging until instructed to do so.
 

Refund

- I will full refunds only if the package was lost or the plushie not be able to repair due to shipping serious damage.


- Once you pay, I don't accept any returns or refunds, if you have any questions , please contact me before placing the order.

-If you have not decided to buy, please do not place an order, any sale is very important to me, this my main source of income,sorry for the Inconvenience.

Plushie care and repair

Plushie Care
- Handmade plushies are not suitable for long-term play and rough treatment, they are not a plushie toy, more like crafts, and suitable for staying in a display case.
 

- Please use a small amount of water and a clean cloth to wipe the dirty place, do not use washing machine for cleaning.
 

- Do not place the plushie in a place with high temperature or sunlight, they are more suitable to stay in the shade.
 

- Please place the plushe in a dust-free environment, reduce the number of cleanings as much as possible, and the plushee will be better preserved.

 

Plushie Repair

- If part items of plushie are lost or dropped, or there are holes in the seams, I could offer repair services, please provide me with HD photos, and I will repair quote for you.
 

- Buyer have to pay pluse shipping fee to and fro.
 

- If the plushie is damaged beyond repair, I cannot able to offer repair.
